This apartment is on the first floor with stair and lift
access and sleeps up to 6 people - there is one double bedroom, one twin and
a sofa bed in the lounge. It is located within a private gated
community featuring a communal swimming pool and pretty water features
throughout. There is a designated secure parking space in the
underground car park, accessible by stairs or lift.
The apartment is provided fully furnished for all your holiday needs,
including iron/ironing board and hairdryer. The kitchen comes complete
with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, microwave, kettle
and all necessary cutlery/crockery and cooking utensils. The patio
doors open onto the large balcony where you can enjoy a relaxing drink in
the evening while taking in the spectacular views of the mountains and
orange and lemon groves which surround the area.
A short stroll will take you into the village centre with its central
square, bars, cafes and restaurants. Algorfa is a quiet town with all
the facilities you will need - a bank, pharmacy, bakery, small supermarket
and one disco. On Sunday mornings there is a market on the outskirts
of the village. There is a hypermarket on the road to Torrevieja and
more shopping opportunities in Torrevieja itself.
Adjacent to the apartment complex is a municipal sports park with a children’s play area and tennis courts.
